Ismael Mbonigaba, a Rwandan resident of Saint-Anselme, Quebec in Canada was on Friday sentenced to 32 months imprisonment after being found guilty of sexual assault on minors. His case was tried by Saint Joseph Court in Canada as reported by a Canadian newspaper “La Voix du Sud”.
